Aimsparkk

Business Email Services

Last updated July 6, 2026

Aimsparkk treats business email as a separate add-on because website hosting and mailbox hosting have different responsibilities. This keeps the website server focused on performance, security, backups, and uptime while email runs through a provider built for inboxes and deliverability.

Email options

  • Google Workspace: best for Gmail-style business email, shared calendars, Drive, Docs, and familiar team collaboration.
  • Microsoft 365: best for Outlook, Office apps, Teams, and companies already using Microsoft accounts.
  • Zoho Mail: useful for budget-conscious businesses that still want branded domain email.
  • Forwarding or migration help: available when the client only needs routing, DNS help, or mailbox move guidance.

What Aimsparkk handles

Clients can request business email from the hosting dashboard. Aimsparkk can help plan mailbox names, provider choice, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, aliases, forwarding, and basic onboarding. Provider subscription costs are separate unless clearly included in a written package.

Important note

Business email setup can affect existing inboxes. Before DNS changes, clients should confirm current mailbox provider, active users, important aliases, and any migration deadline.
