Hosting Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 6, 2026

This acceptable use policy protects Aimsparkk clients, infrastructure, visitors, email reputation, and upstream providers. Hosting accounts must be used for lawful business websites and agreed workloads.

Not allowed

  • Malware, phishing, credential theft, fake login pages, fake verification pages, or social engineering content.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited email, abusive redirects, botnets, scraping abuse, or denial-of-service activity.
  • Nulled software, cracked plugins, pirated themes, illegal downloads, or content that violates rights or laws.
  • High-risk workloads not approved for the selected plan, including heavy scripts, unmanaged file sharing, mining, proxy services, or hidden traffic systems.
  • Actions that harm uptime, security, deliverability, reputation, or other hosted services.

Enforcement

Aimsparkk may request changes, restrict access, suspend service, remove harmful files, quarantine a site, or terminate hosting when abuse or serious risk is found. When possible, Aimsparkk will explain what happened and what is needed to restore service safely.
